The list is quite disturbing. I've been feeling somewhat scared about going home to Canada and being confronted with turkey and Christmas chocolate/baking in mass quantities.
My best time for the 10km is 56 minutes...so 59 is somewhat feeble :( I'll have to train harder next time and not get sick I think! I was on this 3 day a week training program which fit my schedule but I don't think I really had enough time on the feet to improve my time.
