1. Duplicate your base and set to Screen 70%
2. New Hue/Saturation Layer

Magenta: 0,+25,0

3. New Selective Color Layer

Reds: -60,+34,-51,+15
Yellows: +40,-14,-12,0
Greens: +100,0,-39,0
Cyans: -35,-44,0,0
Blues: +100,-100,-100,0
Magentas: -100,+100,+100,+90
Whites: +30,0,-100,0
Neutrals: 0,+23,+10,0
Blacks: 0,-29,-15,0

4. New Hue/Saturation Layer

Reds: 0,+1,0
Magentas: 0,+15,0

5. New Fill Layer #38315d set to Exclusion 31%
6. New Fill Layer #78673a set to Luminate 32%
7. Duplicte your base and drag it to the top, set to Soft Light 100%

8. New Selective Color Layer

Whites: +15,0,-35,0

9. New Fill Layer #442525 set to Exclusion 18%

Merge layers and add text/light dots/whatever and you're done!
