I ate a lot of food this weekend and didn't exercise once- my favorite gym classes coincided with plans I had made, so I just bailed. So I feel kind of gross and I want something clean, light and healthy!!

i've been craving pad thai lately. this particular moment i am wanting to eat the leftover chopped salad i will be having for lunch in 40 minutes. i hope it didn't get too soggy.

Pad Thai is soooo good. I love having dishes that are all jumbled together.

I am currently eating a delicious homemade lunch of stir fried black beans, broccoli and bell pepper and a spinach feta muffin, so it's hard to think of much better than that. However, I wouldn't mind a blended coffee drink of some persuasion for a beverage/dessert.

Yay for all the positives! That burst of energy seems like a good thing.
