Water. WATER! The bane of the homeowner's existence. Our basement flooded in April when the city opened the hydrant down the block and failed to notice that all of the water immediately headed into our house. Ahhh, I finally get to a computer! Yikes, what a story! I'm so so so sorry that your basement flooded AGAIN. Seems like to much for one house in the course of an appallingly brief time! Thank goodness for Boodoo's warning tactics (I like the delivery of suspicious love as a warning technique!) and Zoe's signature touch when it comes to distress. Just try crying around her; she'll lay her head in your lap, bring you toys, and eventually just lie down close enough that you can dig your fingers into her fur for as long as you need to.
