I'm told that the Walter Chaw review of Eastern Promises was maybe a bit......high handed, so here's an old favorite: Roger Ebert will, in his fatherly way, tell you that is movie is a must-see.

spot on about Roger Ebert's fatherliness - he knows how to coax the kids into seeing a good movie. Sounds fun - I only wish I had the time.
