danke. I shall have to remember to bring 'stockin stuffers' from the pepper haus in St. Augustine.

I did receive a Thai sweet n' hot sauce that I think'd go well on chicken or pork. Shall have to see.

We did the Thai Chili stuff. Great on burgers. It's like tangy sweet and sour.
We have moved on to adding Orange Curry Paste to Red Hot and chopped Banana peppers in our continued experimentation to find the perfect 'I shat fire the next day' motiff.
Remeber folks: cheese cuts the burn slightly.
