Oddly, those spouting off on the Cam list are not, on average, Brujah, which is what you'd expect.

The other argument is that simply too much info is available through the lists, that genre-wise would not otherwise be out there. Most people can justify at least lore level 3 on just about anything just by being on the lists for awhile. Thoughts on that?

My thoughts? Kill the neonate fuckers that can't stop spouting lore to make themselves look important. I for one have a character that IGNORED LORE the same way Seth ignored lore.

I'd also love to know where else this discussion is taking place. I haven't seen/read anything other than the Mods getting piledrived most of this week and would like to see what others have to say.

EDIT: I finally looked at the OOC list for the first time this week. I see now.

It's not exactly indepth. Information's too available, and assholes aren't being punished. That's the extent of the meaningful commentary.

All of the lists kind of violate the book canon of the game being very city-centric.

Having been on the Cam List, Gangrel List, and Brujah List for the past few years, I think the Brujah list is the best of the three as far as having fewer pointless posts, stupidity, and general dickery.

I've been on the ST list and Council for the past 2 1/2 years, too, and the Coord list for the past year and a half, and the OOC Cam list for 5 years

It's every Org list, IC and OOC. :p

Kory, I would love to pull those people off of the list, but it's already like pulling teeth to get people to sign their emails and not post random ooc things on the list. God forbid I'd actually ask who's on the list.

I'm just tired of people who chose to be assholes and deliberately not follow the rules because we can't touch them, then raise the roof when we take them off the list. I feel like Rodney Dangerfield when I put on my moderator hat.
