Ok I got that out of my system. I really would have a better time finding a job in a hospital if I had my BCLS (basic cardiac life support) certification. However I can't find anywhere that offers it in my area. Grr

Sucks doesn't it? I don't want to bounce around jobs, I just want to find somewhere where I'm not being harrassed or feeling paranoid. I have found out that since my work came under new management (14 months ago) they have had 168 employees quit/fired. Thats a HUGE turnover rate for the size of the facility. All I want it a job that pays more then I'm making now, and where I (along with every other employee) has to worry that they are going to be fired for bullshit reasons.
