Erin, it sucks to be the scapegoat! It is even worse that the BAB (great term, by the way!) is more concerned about covering her own ass than taking care of someone in true distress. Makes you wonder why someone would stay in that line of work when they obviously don't give a shit about the ones in their "care". Hope tomorrow is better and the keyboard gremlin hits the road.

Thanks ladies, I really needed the support. The worst part of the day... I went through every diagnositc I could to find the keyboard problem with no luck. Garrick just logs onto the demn thing and it starts working just fine. I so wanted to kick it.

Oh, Honey. I have had days like that. Ones where you get home and all you want is a 6-pack and a box of Kleenex. *hug* Just take a couple of sleeping pills and pretend it never happened. That's what I do.
