I need a new job, this job is toxic. Every single aid I know is looking for a new place to work. That does not speak well for a facility. I am considering leaving the medical field until after I have my LPN. Physically I am exhausted, mentally I'm just fed up, and emotionally I am drained.

Erin, I'm so sorry your work life is making you so miserable. How long will it take for you to get your LPN? What is an LPN? Do you have any prospects for non-med jobs you can do while getting your LPN?

I have been in that kind of job and it's miserable. When the ship is sinking...it's time to follow the rats.
