The Christmas Tree is up!

My good ole 20 some years young fake xmas tree is now up!  Complete with lights, garland, ornaments, and topping it this year is my cuddly teddy bear wearing my husband's tricorne hat!  This doesn't happen every year, so it feels like an event.  Heck, once I actually got around to putting up the tree but not decorating it at all. Sure it's Murphy, the life sized polar bear! He's sitting on top of my 6 foot tree in the sun room, but he has to bend over to allow me to put the hat on his head. My cat Moki is really confused. :)

(you're so silly. The tree topper is an approx. 1 foot tall very soft teddy bear, not a huge polar bear. Murphy is in my bedroom, sitting on Kosh's old crate, waiting to terrify the next pooch I get.)
