I read this on my iPhone earlier today and didn't have a chance to comment, but I want you to know I love this. LOVE this. The way Emily protects herself and the way she ends up giving Dave her trust. And Dave's concern, and how Hotch sees that. I want to read this again and give you more detailed comment, but I also wanted to give you feedback as soon as I could.

Yay! I'm glad you like it! I'm still trying to get a feel for them but I do think that I'm heading in the right direction.

And since you won my auction, woman, you'd better start thinking about what wonderful piece of fic I can write you :) Sky's the limit.

Okay, this is a little different from the episode-related things you've done in the past, so I hope it's okay.

A fire makes Prentiss homeless and even though insurance would pay for a hotel, Rossi thinks they already spend enough time in hotels, so he offers her the guest suite in his sizeable home. Though they're already close friends, they've never acknowledged the attraction between them, but living in such close quarters, there's no way to avoid it. :D

Alternately, if you prefer episode-related things, I would love to see something comforting related to Zoe's Reprise where Emily's worried about Dave and does something about it. :)

oh, I am ALL OVER that. I can do the apartment fire one easily ... and I can do the "Zoe's Choice" one, too. I think we'll make "Zoe's Choice" an appetizer and the other the main course.

No worries! I will craft you an ass kicking R/P fic to remember!

This is great! And so perfectly written again. I like Rossi´s concern about Emily without pestering her.

He helped her stand then kept an arm around her waist, not because she needed to be steadied but because, in a way, he felt that he did. “Let’s go get you put back together again.” This is so Rossi!
