So very sorry I haven't commented fully yet! But you do know, at least, that I LOVE this, and I'm incredibly excited about where this is going! The Tiffany lamp is awesome, and I love the Elvish stuff. I was giggling as hard as Emily. :D Because he's just the right age to have belonged to all the Frodo Lives! cultlike fan groups, and at one point in an old fic somewhere, I have Rossi and Reid discussing Tolkien, and have Dave as a Tolkien fan, so anyway, LOVE that. And then OMG Dave fixed up the room JUST FOR HER! I know that's the way he is, it's what he does, but OMG I'm so glad he made Emily feel special like that.

YAY YAY YAY x 10. I'm so glad this is working so well. I'm having fun and I'm SO glad the LOTR actually meshed in with some of your backstory for Dave. Talk about being mentally in tune!
