"our"? I had no idea you were in "the industry", as it were.

Well damn. Congrats on that. I hear you guys have quite the hoops to jump through with GW's IP.

The gist I got from a few beta testers I chatted with was overwhelmingly positive.

Dave is really looking forward to this! I'm not a huge Warhammer geek like he is, but I'm sure I'm going to end up playing too. ^_^ A couple of the WoW guildies have been talking about it on our forum, so we might have a few of us playing both soon. One of them was in an early beta and seemed to have a pretty positive opinion about it even before he was allowed to give us any details. Sounds pretty good now that he's telling us stuff. lol I don't think we're going to be giving up WoW anytime soon, but it will be something a little different to play sometimes. =)

The great thing about WAR is that it really doesn't require a huge time investment. I really like doing PvP, the scenarios in particular. The only take 15 minutes, and they are a real blast. The Public Quests are the same way. We have scenarios and PQs for all levels so I can always jump in and play something. If you want to get to the level cap, it isn't going to take months to do. It's the type of game that you can play for an hour and really enjoy it and get something done, and then do something else, even if that means playing WoW.

Ive had a few friends waiting for this to come out. Glad its coming along well, and I'll probably give it a try myself.. AoC felt like too much of a drag, and nothing in the end game, and WoW is still repetition of the same old thing. Keep up the good work :)
