Me on Doctor Who: They really don't want the Doctor to say "I love you too" to Rose Tyler aloud.

Alan: Yeah. What if he whispered, "You're such a chav". We may never know.

SO MANY DOCTOR WHO FEELS. MOSTLY THIS PREVAILS:

It is still not easy for women anywhere. You do have to choose. Some people manage both career and family, but it is also true that at the cost of their kids missing something. Then again, some women are depreciated because they are motherly instead of career-oriented.

I really hate that notion. It's like anti-feminine and being feminine or motherly or whatnot doesn't necessarily have to be a negative thing at all :(((

And thank you! I hope I don't get anything else for a long time. Getting sick means spending a lot since I don't have medical insurance :(

Tesla was a crazy weirdo (a really good-looking weirdo, though, who had his share of admirers. But yeah, he rejected women and sex because it interfered with his science) and I think Newton was a douche.

Whelp, the marriage/career thing, though! Haha not yet a problem in my circle since we're all still (woefully? idk) single, but wow life choices are terrifying as hell.

Re: Who - Donna is the best! They're just such BROS, it's beautiful. Her departure was so brutal, it still hurts me to this day. And yes, unfair, because Rose gets so many concessions to get her ending but Donna gets none. :( Have you watched Martha Jones's season? Because it was also a really good season and I like Martha Jones a lot even though RTD keeps projecting his biases and is kind of mean to Martha.

but wow life choices are terrifying as hellI know. Though I'm not in that stage yet and it helps airing out that I don't want to be a stay-home mom and your partner agrees with that decision whole-heartedly ( ... )

I still like RTD's run better than Moffat's, though. I only kept up with s7 because of friendship traditions; s6 was just ugh (except for the Neil Gaiman ep, obv). Why the 10 vs 11 thing? David Tennant stans?

And Martha didn't get to marry her fiance right? It was that other dude who she ended up with. Kinda of... not sure if that's a good ending
OH THAT NEVER HAPPENED. There is just no way Martha Jones would ditch her perfect hot doctor boyfriend for Mickey. XD

I think Torchwood is really sad and stressful in spite of Jack, so I never bothered and never will.
