We have no tagging policy as of yet, so tag as you like for now - I'll consult primad about adding something about it to our community info. Thank you for bringing it up; I don't use tags much myself so I hadn't come to think of it.

Hmmm. We haven't had a tagging policy per se but I guess if I have to wear my Grand Poobah hat, I'd say to make it easier to find stuff at a sidebar glance...
1. Username. I've been using LJ nicks unless otherwise noted and requested.
2. Rating. Fiction ratings for fanfic, worksafe or not worksafe for art.
3. Character pairings. Just try to use pre-existing ones first before creating a new one so we don't end up with a lot of extra tags that make searching more difficult. (aside: And yes, I'm guilty because I have a carth/atton tag and an atton/carth tag. Do as I say not as I do. *g*)
Really, it's going to boil down to just using common sense. We don't have a heck of alot of traffic here but it's in everyone's best interests if we keep it simple.
