i don't think i can go on that sacred heart diet till like next week because we really don't have any of the ingredients.. i told my mom about it and she said it was another silly diet. blah. she said he might buy the ingredients when she goes food shopping next week. i hope so. right now i'm trying to go on a fruit and veggie fast this week. has

i've never officialy gone on a fruits + veggies fast, but i probably have been a week only eating fruits and vegetables since im a strict vegetarian. it should work! since vegetables + fruits are usually low calorie and most don't have any fat. good luck honey, stayyy healthy. <3
