The Chains Begin to Loosen

It's become so infrequent with me writing here that sometimes I ponder giving it up. Yet this is the primary means that several people use to check up with me... as well as my primary means of checking in with many of you. So I figure I should write something while my schedule permits. Never know when this is going to happen again ( Read more... )

Hello, hello. This is akeli. I'm glad that your mom is doing well. I have one question though...why did you de-add me? Was it for personal reasons or what? I'd like to at least know why, no hard feelings. :)

I do remember you, believe it or not. ;)

Well, I can't remember the specific reason because it was a while ago, but pretty much it's probably one of several reasons:

(1) I stopped seeing updates from you, or
(2) You probably got hit with one of my many purges. I never let my friends list to go above 50 members (45 is the soft limit), so if I want to add someone and I'm at capacity, I have to cull one of my friends and knock them off. A lot of this is so that I don't have to go through thousands of pages of reading just to see what everyone is doing every day. (And believe me, if I miss several days... oy... o.o)

I'm more than willing to add you back if I'm going to be hearing from you more often 'Keli. :) I do miss talking to you, after all. It's hard for me to forget a friend. :D

That's so wonderful to hear about your mom. :D

And I love spring too. The desert is pretty in spring. <3 Although I'm not so fond of Daylight Savings Time, since Arizona is one of them states where we don't fiddle with our clocks.. it always leaves me confused just how much time I'm supposed to behind people on the east coast. XD

That is wonderful news about your mother. :) Cancer is probably one of the hardest battles anyone can face .. both for the person and the loved ones that surround them. It's always fantastic to hear victory.

I'm missing spring like crazy right now. *eyes the falling snow outside* I'm thinking Alaska just skips from Winter to Summer automatically so it can go back to Winter.
