1. What was the first video game you have ever played? Kaboom, for the Atari 2600.
2. What was your first console? Well, of the ones that I "owned", it was the NES. However, my parents owned and I played the Atari 2600 well before that. I know we had a Commodore 64 or some equivalent thereof too.
3. Have you ever visited a video game arcade? Well, uhm... yeah. A more meaningful question was WHEN was the last time you visited... because that was Sunday with wyborn and silverwind9.
4. What was your first handheld? My lovely and no longer alive Game Boy. I think the GB still works, but the battery pack is long since kaput.
5. What was the first game you've beaten/cleared completely? This is going to sound really horrible, but I honestly believe it was E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial for the Atari 2600. YES, I know it is the worst game ever created; YES, I realise that I have lost at least a good 40 IQ points from playing it. But my parents owned it, I played it when I was young and impressionable (a.k.a., probably when I was nine or so), and I didn't know what a sucky game was supposed to look like. Plus, all the other Atari 2600 were open-ended, so you couldn't really "beat" them.
6. Games based off of real sports: Yay or Nay? If it involves Mario, then yay. If it does not involve Mario, then the odds are 2400000:1 against that I'll like it.
7. Online games: Yay or nay? Well, there's World of Warcraft... And my precious oh so precious Mario Kart DS... Yay?
8. Do you play any Massively Multiplayer Online RPG games? (MMORPGs?) Número siete, yo.
9. Do you play any virtual pet games? (Neopets, Teripets, Aftermathzone, etc.) I am appalled to say that, yes, I did play such a game that was not Nintendogs. Even worse, it is one of the ones above. The need has since been purged from my body; my fate lies now with the Gaming Gods to forgive my naïveté.
10. Puzzle games and Strategy games: Yay or Nay? Puzzle games are the bomb-diggity. Strategy games that are not the original Age of Empires deserve to be banished to the Great Beyond of Doom and Mayhem™.
11. Do you play any RPGs? Ahem, yes.
12. Do you play any Platformer games? Why won't they make any more platformers!? *sob* I have needs, man! Needs! I crave! Gimme!
13. What was the first game/console/handheld of yours that stopped working? If you count the dead battery pack of my Game Boy, then that. Otherwise, they all work beautiful! I take good care of David-stuff!
Characters/Plot
14. Do you actually care if a game has a plot or do you just play games for the gameplay? It depends. Plots are really good stuff; give me a good story and it will be love. But I gots to have my gameplay too. The latter is more important (ahem Mario Kart), but both are good.
15. Name a few video game characters that are your favorites. (Ahem) Link and Zelda... oh oh, Medli, yes! Then Luigi, Daisy, and Yoshi, Lyn from Fire Emblem, Sheena from Tales of Symphonia, Miles "Tails" Prower, and I'm sure there are probably several others that I don't remember.
16. Name a few series that are your favorites. (Again, ahem) The Legend of Zelda, Super Mario Bros., Super Smash Bros., Sonic the Hedgehog, Tales of series, Mana series, and I think that's about it.
17. Has a video game ever made you cry? Don't believe so, Ted.
18. Has a video game character annoyed you so much that you wanted him removed from the game? Stupid... Rinoa... from... Final... Fantasy... VIII. Selphie was a 'tard too.
19. Do you "pair" or "ship" characters up with one another? (make/create/write romance involving them) My icon says it all.
20. Do you write video game fanfiction? Proud of it, too.
21. Do you draw video game fan art? Me and draw do not fit into the same sentence unless proceeded by the word "suck".

25. Most Frustrating Boss Battle: The Evil Fish of Doom™ in Majora's Mask. We do not talk about Fight Club.
26. Most Rewarding Boss Battle: Lavos from Chrono Trigger. Honestly, with like 12 endings you can get from him, why would you not go through every one!?
27. Funnest Boss Battle: Who the hell wrote this dang quiz? Funnest? FUNNEST? What do you think the English language is, an outhouse!? Just defecate all over the English language, why don't you?
27½. Funnest Most Fun Boss Battle: Goht, from Majora's Mask. Honestly, give me four of him.
28. Most Boring Boss Battle: Waluigi, Easy mode, from Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix. Honestly, if there's such a thing as a zero-foot DDR song, that's it.
29. Boss Battle that dragged out for a long, long time: Princess Shroob from Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time. Every boss in that game is five minutes tops. Her? Noooo. I swear, that one is a gosh dang hour to beat. Sixty effing minutes of sheer torture. For what? Credits? Credits? Honestly, why don't games give you like 50 bajillion zillion dollars when you beat them, especially if they're dang hard! I mean, who wants credits? Does anyone ever sit through the credits of a movie unless there's a bonus scene to be seen? Hellloooo!
30. Boss Battle with the coolest music: Any boss in Tales of Symphonia with the fight theme "Fatalize". The song just rocks.
31. Most Surprising Boss Battle: Lavos, Round One from Chrono Trigger. I'm like, but there's still lots of game left. I can't be facing him yet! I'm not ready! I'm... everything... gone... noo...
32. What's your all time favorite villain? Magus from Chrono Trigger. Because let's face it; he's just bad ass.
33. What's your all time least favorite villain? Do we need to go through this again. The Evil Fish of Doom™.
34. Do you ever feel sorry for the villains? Soul patch Ganondorf. Yggdrasil from Tales of Symphonia was sort of pitiable too.
35. Are there any villains that seem like they should be playing for the good guys, but aren't? Uhm... I can't think of any.
36. Most malicious villain: Dark Link. I mean, consider it. He could probably easily commit massive identity theft on Link's bank accounts, and that stuff isn't simple to fix! One signature here, and poof! Link is drowning in debt up to his eyeballs! Good luck buying the Hylian Shield now, sucker! *evil maniacal laugh*
37. Most surprising villain: Bowser Jr. from Mario Sunshine. I mean, what? Bowser had the Kooaplings. You hear that, Nintendo? Let me say it again. KOOPALINGS! Seven of them! Perhaps you don't remember, but they were in Super Mario Bros. 3 and Super Mario World. Now you remember? Good. What's this Bowser Jr. crap? Don't you dare retcon those seven out of existence! I mean, they were in the bloody SMB3 cartoon! They're famous! And you don't care!? How dare you? :P

39. What's your favorite 3D game? Super Mario Kart 64. Two words: Koopa Beach. Yeah buddy, one minute seventeen flat.

This just reeks of eDrama left and right. Gosh dang... Next question!
47. Have you ever defended a character/game/console you liked in an argument? Which one? Well, is it no doubt that I've already defended Wii?

52. Have you ever stopped before you finished a game because it was too frustrating to go on? Yes indeed. Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. Lost Kingdom II. Baten Kaitos. Enter the Matrix. And worst of all, Starfox Adventures. (That is just downright horrible!) And those are only the 'Cube ones I never finished!
53. Will you stop at NOTHING to get 100% in a video game? Thank you, sir, I have too much in my life to gather 100 Golden Skulltulas. I now make it a point not to purposefully collect heart containers in Zelda games. *Gasp!*
54. Have you ever injured yourself at a video game? Curse you, ankle. I want to DDR more!
55. Has a horror/survival genre video game scared you to the point that you refused to finish the game? You presume I play horror games? Oh gosh, don't make me laugh.
56. Have you ever thrown a controller/disc/cartridge in a fit of frustration? Super Mario Sunshine. That borders on being the worst game of this generation.

59. Were you ever involved in the Pokemon craze? . . . Yes. I owned Blue. I had 147/151 of the Pokémon in my 'Dex. So close, but I knew one person who played the game (a nice boy 6 years my junior or so), and he owned Blue too. Thus, I phail. But I stopped before it became religion, I swear! I'm a reformed man! Give me a chance! Don't look at me funny!
