I was sitting at work on Friday morning. 10 o'clock in the AM, somethng came over me. I promptly grabbed my car keys and headed to a pharmacy in Errol Street. I bought a pack of nicotine patches. Keep it up dude, i was a pack a day smoker for 8 years til this January, i tried to quit many times before that but couldnt til January. What i learnt was if you can go 3 days without a smoke, then you've quit and have no reason to have physical cravings after that, its 80% psychological. If you are tempted, remind urself how good you have been and dont ruin that run, and just remind urself how much black shit you have missed out on already from breathing in. If u have one drag of a smoke now, trust me u will feel guilty and feel ur efforts went to waste.

Oh and also, about 4-6 weeks after u have quit, u may find u have problem breathing, and u will be coughing alot of shit up, this is ur lungs detoxifying, it will go for about 2 weeks, fun fun!

Enjoy a moist mouth, better tasting food and better smelling clothes!
