Overlord Baal
As far as I have gathered, very little is known about the Overlord. All I can ascertain for sure is that he (she?) is a being of great power and enigma, the never-present absolute ruler of this Netherworld. It is highly likely that they are at least indirectly, if not directly responsible for the kidnapping of all of the non-native inhabitants.
To my knowledge, Overlord Baal has not yet held an audience with anyone among us. Any attempt to interact with Overlord Baal is instead met with an audience with one of the Devas, powerful demons claiming to work in the direct service of Baal. It is perhaps possible, then, that Baal does not exist as a specific individual; the power is instead held by the Devas, with the name Baal being used to unify them.
In the past, there have been two recorded cases of an individual meeting with Baal - one named Gig and the other Master Big Star. Neither seem to be in the Netherworld at present. In both cases, Baal was attacked relentlessly with powerful techniques, but emerged having taken no damage whatsoever, and then defeated his challengers almost instantanelously. While finding a way to deal with such unreasonable power is a conundrum, it should be noted that Baal has not been seen since. It is unknown whether he currently still resides in the Netherworld, or if he has left the power in the hands of his Devas.
