Typhoon No.18

Typhoon no. 18 had past Aichi. It brought along with it a lot of rain, causing freshflooding at various parts of the prefecture.

My apartment was not affected. I was glad I didn't have to come to work in the middle of it. Still I have to come to work today though.

I'm glad to know you're okay. This typhoon has been in the news here for a couple of days, but only this morning I got to see a picture of an afflicted area in Japan. (Of course, I could probably have seen more of them and sooner if I had actually sticked with trying to read 毎日新聞.)

typhoon sounds scary! i'm glad your apartment wasn't affected! we've had some big rain storms over the last week or so...Rebekah's worried about what the weather will be like for the wedding!
