Why, oh why, am I curious about shit when I know it's just going to piss me off? In that respect I'm probably too cat-like, because one day I'm going to pry, and what I find is going to kill me. Fuck

In unrelated news, tonight is opening night for Dearly Departed. I'm trying not to fret. It's ridiculous that I'm worried about burping on cue.

It's about the death of the father of a southern family, and how they deal with the whole funeral process, with some random drama thrown in. I play the goth daughter of the dead guy, who says all of three words in the whole thing. I also get a scene where I play this chick who has too many damn children, all of them named after famous folks. I'm not going to complain, since evidentally we're being paid for the roles (I have no clue as to the dollar amount, but I'm guess it isn't impressive).

Yeah...I'm sure it'll be ok. Just being onstage is a pretty big rush that I'm more or less hooked on, so that's a reward for me. Oh, I think I may be at Momocon on Saturday a bit. Don't have a cosplay or anything, but I'll be hanging a little. Maybe I'll see ya there!

The play is going well, so far. One more performance left, tomorrow. I'll miss it, but I'll also be relieved to be done.
