So it looks like another Dem got snapped up in election year prosecutions and shenanigans. According to the New York times, Eliot Spitzer has been caught on a Federal wire tap arranging to meet a hired escort from the Emperor's Club website. Well it looks like the rumor mill has backed off. All references to his expected charges list him as violating the Mann Act. Of actual course the title of the 1910 act is "The White Slavery Traffic Act," so I can see where they'd make a mistake.
