So, I'm seriously considering another tattoo. It's been long enough This time, I'm considering something way out of the norm. Well, ok not WAY out of the norm. But it's not Harry Potter

I think the Rocketeer idea sounds really cool! Now, I'm pretty sure I've seen a picture if your dark mark tattoo (which is awesome, of course) but I don't remember seeing the rest. What other tattoos do you have?
I've got a lightning bolt scar over my heart, a skull medallion looking thing right under my collar bone on the other side of my chest, and then Moony, Padfoot and Prongs footprints between my shoulder blades. They're small and mostly colorless. I need to get some color and something big and pretty!
The footprints are going to be part of a Marauder's Map design going right in the center of my back. I've got my whole back planned out in a full torso back tat, I just need to find an artist willing to help me out with really getting it put down on paper and out of my head.
My skin is as pure as the new fallen snow of high mountain peaks. No tats, no pokes, no nuthin'.
That makes me strange, because everyone has tats and piercing these days.
My advice? run like hell until the urge goes away or spend teh money on fabric. I hate needles to skin..the idea freaks me and makes me cringe. I will do it for health, but never for vanity.
K- but here is what you can do now. Make temp tats of teh design you want and stick it on places you would like it. That way you can see where it fits best w/oi making a committment. once you figure out where you want it to be using temps, you can make it permanent
That's really neat. I like it. Now, are we talking the classic Rocketeer icon that Disney used? BTW, I totally loved that movie, too. Jen Connelly is probably her HOTTEST in that movie.
Yes, the classic one that's on the poster. I just love how WWII it looks. I'm turning into an even bigger fan of that era, what with all the steampunk-ness of it.

The problem was, when I got my Dark Mark, I got bitten by the inking bug and now it's hard to ignore.
I'm sure when I'm 80, tattoo removal will be much cheaper and almost instant. At least that's what I keep telling myself.
