so...not a happy camper. The funny thing is that I expected it. I'm really ocd about print jobs and presentation stuff, and from my personal experience, employees at kinkos/office depot...worthless. You're better off pushing them aside, and printing and trimming things yourself

i wouldn't call it ocd, but i guess if you got a good price on it, "you get what you pay for" bs.
but it still looks professional!
