Cynthia is a relatively simple character in terms of permissions, I think. She's not one to start a fight unless it's a friendly one, she's very respectful, etc. There's a few details worth mentioning, however! To those who are unfamiliar with her canon, Cynthia is something called a Pokemon Trainer - rather than fighting with her own hands or with a weapon, she commands a team of six magical creatures called Pokemon. The pokemon on her person are listed in her application.
If you're a Pokemon Trainer, how likely is Cynthia to defeat your character?: Consider levels, stats, and general skill. Cynthia is a force to be reckoned with and won't bow over for the common trainer!
If you are NOT a Pokemon Trainer, would you challenge Cynthia and battle her pokemon?: It's very possible for this to happen, but it will have to be a more innocent fight. She won't accept a challenge from someone who wants to cut her pokemon up with a sword, and she won't want to hurt anyone who can't defend themselves!
If so, what do you think your chances of losing are?: This really comes down to your opinion of your character's strength.
