Ritsuka Aoyagi
Ritsuka. There is no one he loves more than Ritsuka. It's not sexual, and not necessarily romantic. It's nothing like any love anyone else has, either to Seimei or to anyone else's perception. It's not brotherly, it's not platonic, it's simply what it is. Ritsuka is the only other human being. The one person who understands him, who believes in him more than anyone else. Others meet Seimei's thoughts or behaviors with incredulity or scorn, but never Ritsuka. Ritsuka loves him no matter what, and believes that Seimei is right, no matter what. And Seimei loves him. He knows that Ritsuka will never hurt him...

Clovis La Britannia
Seimei needed a Weapon. It was hard, finding someone he could resonate with. Clovis was pathetic, and it allowed the two to resonate. Unfortunately, Clovis' clingy behavior is only so tolerable for Seimei. He's begun a search for alternatives.
Jade Harley
A friend of Ritsuka's. For now, he's not overly concerned or jealous, but he is keeping a close eye on her.
L
A strange boy. One of the people Seimei suspects he might be able to resonate with, even for a short term. Never optimal, of course, but L is interesting. He's worth a game or two, at least.
Lain
In all incarnations, Lain is simply another student. And students, to Seimei, are more like dogs that Seimei can train. But her multiple personalities are concerning because she is not very predictable. Certainly, he's learning, but he only knows well the meek Lain, and the bolder Lain. There's another within that head that he's keeping a close eye out for, so that he can understand and not have reason to be concerned.
Reborn
This strange fellow (child? hmm) is always talking to him. And every time he does, it makes Seimei just that much more suspicious. What does he want? For now, Seimei simply tolerates the conversations, acting as 'naturally' as possible.
Rhode Camelot
Seimei doesn't 'like' her, per se, but she's an interesting person now and then. She regularly talks to him, but so long as she doesn't get the impression that they're closer than they really are, he doesn't mind.
Saralegui
Though Sara initially was very distrustful and angry towards Seimei, Sara's split from his partnership with Sasuke has them on neutral ground. Seimei hasn't decided what to make of this or what to do with it.
Sasuke Uchiha
One of the first people that Seimei resonated with. After the madness wavelength restored Seimei's abilities, but pushed him deeper into insanity, he carved his name into Sasuke's collarbone. This distanced the two as Sasuke decided to avoid him from that point on, though Seimei is keeping watch of him, carefully pulling the strings. Sasuke may not be his Weapon, but he is worth the manipulation.
Spirit Albarn
It's good to have friends in high places. But in general, Spirit is not to irritating and is somewhat comfortable to talk to, particularly because Spirit tends to get involved with Clovis. Which means that Seimei does not have to deal with Clovis all alone.
