today started out a little weird...i think i realize why i'm not supposed to have caffiene on top of adderall. i was so shaky all through first, second, and third period!!! insane. it did get better though. after school i went to go work out at the ymca. yay for the y!! it was a quick workout...just my usual run and one rep through everything. then
