Interview!

Well, I had my interview this morning for the position in Raleigh, and I think it went well. Not that I'm 100% sure I'm gonna get an offer, but I do think that I made a good impression. They commented that I asked good questions, and they ended the interview by asking how fast I could start if I were selected and whether the pay range was ( Read more... )

that's pretty cool. so what happens if they offer you the job? will you take it, or do you have to consider some other stuff and think a lot about it first? raleigh is a lot closer to me than texas. not close enough to meet for lunch, but certainly a move in the right direction.

Well, it will take a really good offer. I already know that it will be less money, but if they offer me a good moving package and if there is potential for telecommuting, we will think hard about it. Clyde still thinks that it's a bit early and doesn't want to jump on the first offer just cause it's the first offer. But, I have to get the offer first, and I'm not supposed to be thinking about it because it will just drive me crazy.

Silly girl! Why have you not told me about this??? How exciting if you and I were in the Carolinas together?!!! PLEASE keep me posted. If you need to come visit, I'm 3 hours from Raleigh. Love you!!

I *did* tell you - if you checked your LJ more often ;) I didn't actually get to come to NC for the interview, though, and I was a bit bummed about that. We're still looking in Greenville, too, so you never know!
