This week does seem like another lifetime. I'm surprised at how easy it's been to adjust to summer life again (at least for me). I feel like I've been doing this forever.
Your photolab job sounds confusing and stressful. LOL. Maybe because I have no common sense/eBay knowledge and have little-to-no clue what you're talking about. Hehe. I'm sure you'll do just fine.
What's Ruckus? Should I be investigating this? I'm all up for new music too. *pokes you for Rufus Wainwright suggestions* I began torrenting three new CD's last night... Regina Spektor, Modest Mouse and Ben Folds. I love summer... too much free time. :-D
www.ruckus.com. DO it. Basically, you trade your college email address to download a music player and TONS--nay, MILLIONS--of CDs for free. Granted, you can't transfer any of this music to portable players or CDs, but you can play them on your comp.
As far as Rufus goes. . . Christ, I hardly know which way to start. If you want to go for entire CDs, I'd go for Poses or Want One. BUT, for tracks to start you off, try these: Go or Go Ahead, Waiting for a Dream, California, Cigarettes and Chocolate Milk, and 11:11--for some reason the last one has really been getting to me lately. His lyrics are BRILL, but don't give up--most of his songs you have to listen all the way through to get the full effect; some change like halfway through, some are just awesome. For a prime example of the changingness AND brilliance, try Foolish Love. Oh man am I excited about this. I hope you love him. CHEERS.
