The Exchange Student

I've decided to just sit back and enjoy the show when it comes to the exchange student. She seems to be having some difficulty adjusting to cultural norms. Her catchphrase seems to be becoming, "But it's not like that in Canada!" I feel an urge at times to shake her and shout that this isn't Canada; Canada is 11,000 miles away. *sigh

I'm glad to hear that she is not giving you an easy time. I don't mean that in a cruel way at all. If anything, I'd want all you guys to have quiet, enjoyable time teaching while out here. But you're going to be a teacher in the states eventually and she might be more of the kind of student who you will be facing from time to time, albeit her case may be somewhat extreme
