The sound of fireworks is deafening, but Henry can only heart Kyuhyun softly giggling against his cheek, can only see Kyuhyun's eyes locking onto his own and eventually fading into black, because now the main event is this - two young men kissing in the balcony, with the unceasing fireworks painting them a warm, warm glow.

Henry kisses Kyuhyun into and past midnight, a celebration of liberty from cultural constraints. They are free.
