Sense, this probably makes none!
"Sometimes, two people will regard each other over a gulf too wide to ever be bridged, and know immediately what could have happened, and that it never will." - Roger EbertThere are rare moments when Kibum and Jonghyun are doing that best friend thing they do, the silent communication and proclamations of love, that make Jinki wonder whether things could have been different if he was different. If, during those first crucial months of knowing each other, he’d been less awkward around Kibum, less wary of such a strange being, could he have been a part of that

the onkey picture with them in the cutout had me thinking that they're both really dorky, and if they had met in different circumstances, maybe they'd be better friends. and your fic kind of joined in along with the thought.
DGNA: suhoon/hyunmin

The first time Suhoon meets Hyunmin, he knows 'this is it'. This boy in front of him, still filling out his frame and with his eyes to the floor - this is who Suhoon will love with all his heart.
In million other lives, they could have made something incredible together. Suhoon can't be unhappy with the music they make.
South Korea, turn of the century, it's not the optimum place nor time for epic romances. They are better suited for the Middle Ages, for the so-called Dark times where they could have curled together by the light of fires burning villages and they could have been so happy.
There are other people and there will always be other people. Hyunmin is swept up in other people and Suhoon can't begrudge him that, not even if his greatest desire (after Hyunmin, always everything second to him) is to keep his destined love separate from the world. Suhoon bites down on clichés - he refuses to become beholden to one

Emotion spilling out over the tinny speakers of train stations, and only Suhoon knows what each note and every word stands for, the sound of them spelling out Hyunmin across his eyelids as he rests his head against the car windows, eyes shut tight for a moment's forced rest.
wow, anon. not even my fandom but how killer is this sentence.

It was summer, and sunburn was a very persistence inconvenience, especially since he was living on an unprotected rooftop. There was no way to lay down that didn't hurt; he was red and itchy everywhere, and the concrete was hard, but it if he put his shirt on he thought it might actually melt onto his body. It was hot even at 6pm, hot as hell, which was fitting. This was basically hell. Except he was alive. Thank God for small blessings
