I noticed the link to your journal in your AIM profile and took the liberty of adding you. Besides going way back, we seem to also share the joy of struggling through a 1L year. I, thankfully, do not have crim law till next semester and so I cannot quite feel your pain on that issue. But the overall outlining process seems far too evil for me. I hope all is well with you.

Excellent to hear from you. I'm glad you're doing well, and I'd love to meet your wife when you're in town someday.

Also Crim is really not bad. Actually, it's probably the easiest class this semester - out of Torts, Civ Pro and Ks. I have prop. + Con Law next semester.
