Ok. Anyone been to Greece ?

We're thinking about going there for a week September / October.

As far as I know it's either Corfu or Zakhynthos...

anyone has any suggestions ?

went to Corfu a buncha yrs back...to a place called Dassia - bout 1 hr outside Corfu town,nice and relaxed part of the island,with the option of travelling to Ipsos for some nightlife ;)

buncha yrz :| meh I'm thinking about either going on a organised trip... or actually just booking a plane to athens, get a car and a nice hotel somewhere... not sure yet...

been to both of these islands.I would say that Zakynthos [Zante] is the nicer of the two, but i don't know how much the influx of tourists has affected it nowadays

many years ago before it had really established itself as a holiday destination

Been to Zakhyntos (Zante) a few years back... not recently though. Was excellent as far as I can remember.

I know people who have been to both and reckon it is better than Corfu.
