Adam turned off the lights and settled into the darkness, a troubled sigh leaking out as the aching faint strains of I Need to Know filtered through his Ipod. He wasn’t a man to hold on to regret but yet, tears were squeezing out of his eyes and his heart was breaking.
He’d seen the pictures of Kris from yesterday’s GMA performance…the way Kris was singing to Cale, touching Cale, looking at Cale. He’d seen that look before - hell, he’d felt that look before and…well, whatever it was Kris needed to know, Adam guessed they both had their answer now.
