Is Cleaning House in January considered "Spring" Cleaning?

I spent yesterday cleaning out my office/studio. It's HARD getting started and then when I broke through the 'ice' it just wouldn’t stop flowing out the door. Stuff I have dragged with me for years and not used. I put my tap shoes and ice skates in the box to give away. Those days are gone now and it leaves me room to make to decisions and

I am SO proud of you. We've both been really digging into and getting rid of our unused things. Our house is starting to look lighter and leaner and it makes me feel calmer not to be surrounded by so much STUFF.
