No, they aren't. They're suspiciously similar, yes, to the point where there's been lawsuits, but they're competitors still.

OMG, I was lied to. I used to WORK AT TOYS 'R' US and I asked a guy there if they were made by the same people, 'cause they're both from Sweden or Denmark or something, and he said YES, but he's a liar-pants.
