Not feeling so great right now. Nana wants to have surgery to see if she can regain her speech. There's a big risk because of the anaesthetic and her heart but she's adamant about doing it. Went to see my replacement-doctor today - breathing issue, again. I liked her, at first. But I made the mistake of saying it was a 'feeling tired' issue and not breathing. Hitching a ride with Mom to Orillia tomorrow to see whether there's any problem with the hose or mask. Why isn't the 'enter' key working?
I feel so hopeless about the future. For myself, for the world. I don't know if the news is more disturbing/depressing than usual or it's just getting to me more than usual. Why bother trying when everything's chaos and violence and disaster and I'm incapable of anything anyway? My brain's defective, I need a new one. -
