Hell no it's not wrong. Endo can be a big deal and getting a second opinon is the responsbile thing to do.

Always go for the second - some doctors are more aggressive than others in treatment when there is no need. Hell - get three opinions!!

Seeing as my cervix was butchered to oblivion by over treatment, I would obviously agree with your getting a second opinion.

I have found the best gyno of my life in the Planned Parenthood here in Bloomington. And since my parents don't claim me, I got a grant for treatments. Not that you'll find a good one there, but I also made the switch from male doc to female doc, and it has sadly made all the difference.

It sounds to me like that doctor would tell ME *I* had endometriosis. PLEASE!!!!!! Get a second opinion. That shit ain't worth fucking with. Proper coochie care is critical for good general health. :) xoxo <3

i agree with erin, i found an awesome gyno at planned parenthood. most of the gynos there have their own practices and only work at planned parenthood part-time and don't really make a lot of money to do so. they're doing it because they want to help, so they're really caring. dr. janice roach (ignore the name) at the downtown planned parenthood in louisville is my homegirl.

i'm going to see my mom's gyno in louisville. and if i do need surgery, it will definitely be done in louisville, and not by this bg assclown. *shudder*
