Authors Note: Well, this is kind of dark. I feel the dark kick that I had a couple of months ago coming back. A good thing? Questionable indeed. Brightside? School is almost over~

I.... want to be free. I want to dream so big that because because of its hugeness it just has to come true. And no matter my dream, not matter my hope, I can and will make it a reality.
No matter who gets hurt in the process.

Including yourself?

---

With blaring alarm clocks and annoying vibrating cell phones, she awakes. The sun in blocked out by the curtain, which is promptly thrown open. Even though she id awake, her eyes are still closed and her hair is sticking out in weird directions.

Once she feels her way to the mirror, she opens her eyes. The intense violet stares back at her and she flinches.

You did this, to yourself, take in all in.

She pulls her blue hair down, brushing it first with her fingers and then a brush. She intently stares herself down with her curse eyes, betraying no emotion. Her fingernails are black and sharp. Her teeth a gleaming white are also pointed. Her skin used to be a playful tan but now, it is nothing more then a pale white.

She puts down the brush and nods to herself. She is ready. Exiting her room she heads down the stairs in to her families kitchen. No one sees her changes, they haven't so far. For they only show themselves in mirrors.

And children.

She so we she waves to her little brother he screams. Like every morning, for they see their lovely daughter, dress in blonde pig-tails and her green eyes sad that her brother see the truth. A woman of true evil, blue hair and dark violet eyes sharp claws and a pointed grin.

A grin of evil.

A grin that will help make her dream a reality.

No matter who she hurts.
No matter the hopes she crushes.

It will happen.

"Shh don't cry Timmy, oh I'm so sorry Lauren. I don't know why he doesn't seem to like you.." Shrugging, for she doesn't really care. She grabs a piece of toast, and her bag and heads out the door.

Into the place where she will rule.

All she has to do, is get that dream to come true.

----

"I'm sorry Mr. and Mrs.----, we haven't seen Lauren since a month ago. She pulled out of school."

"With whose permission!?"

"Yours."

----

Month pass by here, for there is no moon, no sun and no stars.

"Lauren?" She flicks her blue hair out of her face and turns to the speaker, it is a lesser demon. The one she has looking after her family.

"Yes, Toad?" He bows.

"My apologies, m'lady. Your family has taken down the mirror in your room. I can no longer look after them." Her face doesn't change and she nods.

"That's fine. Go back to the work my husband had for you originally." The small lesser demon nods and leaves. No tears fall from her face, she feels no need. They have forgotten her, and for that matter, she doesn't care. Her dream is so close she can taste it.

A few more moments.
That's all she needs.

-----

"Why would you do this Lauren!? I thought you wanted to change!?"

"...for what purpose would I change? You already have a new life with a 'wonderful' wife and a new child who doesn't disobey you."

"Lauren...."

"What? You expect me to change when you can't?"

-----

Today she was finally getting what she wanted.

"Are you ready Madam Lauren?" The lesser demon with cotton-candy pink hair asked. She nods.

"I have been forever ready." The less demon smiles and leads her out of her room. At the bottom of the stairs stands the demon Prince, along with the King and Queen. They all have waited for this day for so long.

All of their teeth gleam in the non-light surrounding them. She too grins.

"Are you ready my Queen?" She laughs and takes his hand.

"Forever ready, my King."

-----

"Lauren? LAUREN!? OH GOD! LAUREN!"

-----

I have made my dream come true. The body has left the soul and the soul has been returned to where it has always belonged.

I do not care who I have hurt, for I feel nothing here.

I do not care
I do not care
I...do not care
I do not...care
I don't care.
I don't.
I DON'T!
