Fresh Snow

Dad or as my boys call him, 'Hop', drove yesterday because there were three inches of fresh snow. Oh, and I carpool to work with my father. We switch-off weeks. This was my week.

Speaking of work, phrases that I'm unfamiliar with have been coming up. The one I can recall at the moment is 'vice' being used instead of 'versus' when contrasting/

Who isn't constantly woefully behing on correspondence? I think I've got unanswered emails in my inbox/drafts of replies saved that are about 3 years old right now. :-P

As long as the bills are paid :-)

Though now that I think about it, paperwork of the "I was in the middle of..." variety comes to mind as well. I have to return some of the cookbooks to their rightful owners and haven't finished getting the recipes that I want out of them, for example.
