The Great Tamale Experiment

So since tmkr decided to throw a Mexican style outdoor party, I was charged with finding some recipes. Having heard many loud praises for the sweet corn tamales from Pedro's I decided to find some sweet corn tamale recipes. Here is the results of our attempt at making these.

Eating them Monday! Not Tuesday! At least, I hope... I really need to get myself a steamer one of these days. The tamales are good, though - I can't wait to have some more!
