Yesterday we had the 1996 Henriot. It went very well with my new Riedel glass and had those really nice whipped cream/nougat aromas and a slightly nutty lemon-dominated taste. Ahh.

Next, possibly, a 2002 Mémoire de Vignes and an André Clouet 1911, if it's still 95/96/97. Mmm.
