Tonight's crockpot dish

About 2lbs skinless chicken thighs, one jar of Dulcet's Tangy & Peppery Moroccan Sauce, half a yellow onion (chopped). Toss it in the crockpot. And a handful of dried apricots (quartered) and 2/3c brown jasmine rice. Stir.
