so i read this fucking thread on UNO's International Office site that all non-immmigrant aliens are not eligible for FEMA and if we don't send it back, our legal status in America is jeopardized. fuck this stupid life and this stupid country and this stupid place i am stuck in.

not really THE money, but i spent more money thinking that i had savings to fall back on then i would have, had i known the FEMA money is not mine.

well, thats so fucked up. you still lived there at the time of the disaster . the government works in mysterious ways. did you look into any assistance from the german government?
