Weight Loss

16 weeks ago I joined a Fall Fitness Challenge. My short-term goal was to loose 10% of my weight - long-term to loose 3 pant sizes. Tonight was my last class. I lost a total of 19lbs (just shy of 10%) and one pant size. I learned the tools to be healthy ( Read more... )
