16 weeks ago I joined a Fall Fitness Challenge. My short-term goal was to loose 10% of my weight - long-term to loose 3 pant sizes. Tonight was my last class. I lost a total of 19lbs (just shy of 10%) and one pant size. I learned the tools to be healthy ( Read more... )

I land in Boston and it feels like I've come home.

I drive to my Aunt's in Maine and I feel like I'm home.

Wednesday I fly back to California. I wonder what it will feel like.

Possible answer to my question about the 18,000 gay couples who were married between May and November.

The problem with ranting is that I do it all in my head before I can get to a computer to type. By the time I get to the computer, the need to rant is gone.
