Crickets, worms, eyeballs, brain, tongue, lips/cheeks, snails, entrails & stomach, different animal organs, pig's blood, ants,...maybe there is more but I can't think of any.....by choice and I like it :-D
edit: also include live oysters and other clamshelled species, eggs of various birds....
over cooked squash is nasty I eat that by force haha..

eyeballs : eaten from mexican stew
brain: cows--stew, sheep-french cuisisne "sweet breads"
tongue, lips/cheeks: a meaty stew called "Birria"
snails: french cuisisne "excargo"
entrails: Eaten in tacos at a street vending stand "tripas"
stomach: pork. its called "menudo"
different animal organs: liver"pate", regular liver, kidnesy etc,. my grandmother used to cook it for us
pig's blood: comes in a gelatenous form, eaten by indians to keep the pig alive but still have the benefit of protein, cooked with onions and peppers..(im part Tarascan)
ants: again the oaxacan food festival
live oysters and other clamshelled species: tarascan indians survive from sea food,..so I always eaten them because of my father who is tarascan
eggs of various birds: these i tried because of my mom who was raised in the sonoran desert (mexico) and eggs of diff birds are eaten there.
well I hope its not so gross anymore...lol
